Indivisible Colville is proud to partner with a local community organizer for a training presentation on acting as a legal observer in the presence of federal immigration enforcement. You’ll learn to identify and validate judicial warrants, understand the role and limits of observers, and gain practical knowledge to help protect the rights of our vulnerable community members and ensure everyone is afforded their right to due process.

Our guest speaker is a longtime activist and community organizer, an ACLU of Oregon legal observer, and a co-founder of Gorge ICE Resistance. She has first-hand, real-world experience and perspective as a legal observer.

This morning, the United States and Israel carried out extensive airstrikes against Iran and it's leadership, and our President is openly calling for regime change. At the same time, Congress was preparing to force a vote next week on the War Powers Resolution, which would limit the President’s ability to initiate a military conflict without congressional approval.
